GW Cancer Institute’s Center for the Advancement of Cancer Survivorship, Navigation, and Policy (caSNP) hosted a unique webinar opportunity to get a first hand glimpse of our Care Planning System (CPS™).

The webinar titled “Survivorship Care Plans: Introducing A Novel Technology to Transform Burden into Opportunity” featured Dr. Carrie Tompkins Stricker demonstrated in a live demo how Carevive care plans are highly personalized and evidence-based, with up-to-date content auto-populated in cancer type-specific SCP templates. Updates on Carevive’s integration with various EMR and cancer registry software platforms were also provided.
