Carevive recently partnered with Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, and we’re proud to announce that we are Great Place to Work-Certified! The Great Place to Work Certification process involves a Trust Index survey eliciting employee opinions about their work environment, a Culture Brief eliciting information about the organization’s programs and practices, and benchmarking against top-performing organizations.

One hundred percent of Carevive employees participated in the Great Place to Work survey, and 91% say Carevive is a great place to work—compared to just 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Carevive employees rated community, passion, and innovation as the top three company core values—results that are directly aligned with the company’s mission and core values.

Great Place To Work - Certified

“Every day our employees are involved in innovative work that improves the lives of patients living with and surviving cancer,” says Carevive CEO Bruno Lempernesse. “We seek employees having a sense of purpose at work. The Great Place to Work Certification validates our commitment to fostering a culture that supports their passion and enables them to f

lourish.”
Having a great company culture is a competitive advantage when it comes to attracting and retaining a talented workforce. Carevive is particularly proud that 100% of the company’s employees agreed with the following statements:

  • Management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
  • Management recognizes honest mistakes as part of doing business.
  • Our facilities contribute to a good working environment.
  • I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary.
  • People are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.

“At Carevive, we partner with cancer treatment providers and life sciences companies to gain insight from patient feedback and real-world data to improve cancer treatments,” says Carevive Human Resources Manager, Mary Capas. “Our teammates are warriors—each and every one is endlessly passionate in contributing to this goal. They deserve to be at a Great Place to Work!”

Thrilled to have achieved the globally recognized and research-backed verification of great employee experience, Carevive will proudly display the Great Place to Work Certification badge of honor on our company website.
