Genevieve HollisGenevieve Hollis MSN, CRNP, ANP-BC, AOCN received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1987 from the Seton Hall University. She received her Master of Science in Nursing as an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist in 1992 and post-MSN certificate as an Adult Oncology Nurse Practitioner in 2003, both from the University of Pennsylvania. Her current clinical position is Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and is clinically aligned with its genitourinary service. She is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse.

Genny was the Associate Director of Penn’s master’s oncology nursing program from 2001 -2007 and maintains an active appointment as an Advanced Senior Lecturer-B in the Biobehavioral and Health Sciences Division at the School of Nursing. Genny co-directs NURS 664 Advanced Practice Nursing for Oncology Care, a course in the Adult Oncology Specialty Minor/Post-Master’s Certificate curriculum, and NURS 364 Cancer Case Study, an elective for undergraduate nursing students.

She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and has published and lectured on a variety of physical and psychosocial issues faced by cancer patients as well as advanced practice nursing in oncology.
