Random things about me…

    • I have a collection of over 100 nutcrackers that are displayed throughout the house every December.
    • Loves to cook and bake. Favorite way to relax is to spend all day Saturday baking and freezer cooking – mostly to give away.
    • Happily married to my high school sweetheart and proud mother of two grown daughters, one son-in-law, and two grand-dogs.
    • A Yankee at heart (born and raised in PA) but love living in Middle Tennessee for the past 35 years

Experience

My entire career has been in oncology – from clinical roles in medical oncology and bone marrow transplant to research roles as both principal investigator and administrator. I received both a BSN and MSN from the University of Pittsburgh and a Doctor of Philosophy with a focus on Oncology Research from the University of Utah. Most of my career was spent at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in roles of oncology clinical nurse specialist and Director of the Oncology Clinical Trials Shared Resource.

Why I Joined Carevive

I joined Carevive because I love the innovation of using technology to assist the oncology care team to efficiently manage and document effective patient care. In addition, we care about the outcomes of using the technology as evidenced by our many outcomes studies. The Carevive team is a hard-working caring group that genuinely cares about each other and the value of the work we do.
